Yay!! I was always curious about TENS units, too much of a scaredy-cat to try it. If it feels like a massage, I'm all for it!
If he tells you to use cold therapy, a bag of frozen peas really is the best thing to use. None of the gel packs I've tried have worked as well. I just write my name across the bag in Sharpie so I know not to cook it :p
